Job summary

SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT is seeking part-time Ambassadors at Sesame Place to support daily operations, scheduling, and guest service. You will handle staffing, reporting, and training while maintaining food quality and park standards.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and Microsoft Office skills; ServSafe and Food Handlers certifications may be pursued. You will interact with guests and coworkers in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to create and interpret graphs.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create ambassador schedules and maintain Kronos reports.
• Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Supervise and train ambassadors.
• Plan, assign and direct work.
• Order and maintain products and supplies.
• Ensure food quality, guest service, profit enhancement, ambassador satisfaction and sanitation standards.
• Enter repair notifications to keep the facility in good condition.
• Record daily events in the communication log.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Maintain repair log and monitor labor costs.
• Carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating ambassadors; resolving issues.
• Ensure excellent guest service by addressing guest needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasionally assist other locations and areas as needed.
