Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading operator of hotels and resorts, seeks an energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor for Flippers at Captiva Island. Lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee financials in a high-volume, outdoor resort setting.

You will manage staff, promote menu offerings, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering memorable experiences for families and vacationing guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Resort, hotel, waterpark, or high-volume casual dining experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading hourly teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, efficiency and service.
• Lead opening, closing, and daily procedures.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations are followed.
• Maintain high presentation standards for dining areas and counters.
• Engage with guests to promote offerings and drive revenue.
• Recruit, coach, and develop restaurant staff; conduct performance evaluations.
