Sundial Beach Resort & Spa on Sanibel Island, Florida, seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead all functions of the resort's F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service.

You will supervise staff across outlets, develop weekly schedules, maintain standards, and enforce safety and liquor regulations, while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests and groups.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Food & Beverage outlets in a resort or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of beverage standards, menus, and service procedures.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent guest-relations and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Food & Beverage outlets and uphold service standards.
• Prepare and manage weekly staffing schedules and labor forecasts.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and successful operations across outlets.
