South Seas is seeking an energetic, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead operations at Flippers, the signature walk-up restaurant located inside Captiva Landing Waterpark. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for the daily operation, financial performance, team leadership, and guest experience of Flippers while serving as a hospitality ambassador throughout the waterpark.
Beyond managing restaurant operations, this leader actively engages with guests across Captiva Landing by promoting Flippers' menu offerings, encouraging food and beverage sales, supporting special events and cabana service, and creating memorable experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an energetic hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams in a fast-paced, outdoor resort environment while delivering exceptional service to families and vacationing guests.
Rate of Pay: $25.00 per hour.
SCHEDULE: Open Availability to include weekends. 5 shifts, 40 hours per week (hourly, non-exempt).
