Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Chicago, IL seeks an F&B Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing Restaurant, Room Service and other outlets, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise servers and buspersons, manage sidework, read daily shift sheets, and coordinate with the restaurant manager on events and special occasions. Flexibility for AM/PM shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff and service standards.
• Ability to use point of sale system and read shift communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards.
• Supervise service of guests and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards and read daily shift sheets.
• Ensure compliance with liquor requirements and coordinate with restaurant manager on events.
