Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks an Outlet/Restaurant support role in Chicago, assisting the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and deliver stellar service to guests.

The position requires physical ability to handle service ware, table settings, and steady guest interaction; the role supports daily operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings quickly and reset tables.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve beverages, bread and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Be available to work regularly and comply with attendance rules.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
