Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Proven leadership and supervision experience in hospitality.
• Experience with restaurant software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team including hiring, development, scheduling and training.
• Ensure high-level service and guest satisfaction from start to finish.
• Handle daily cash deposits and secure cash/entries.
• Open or close the restaurant and ensure security of liquor and entry points.
• Foster a service-first work environment and support kitchen as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of front-of-house areas and proper setup for service.
• Assign tasks to servers and check them out at shift end.
• Bus tables and assist with dishes as needed; prep as required.
• Communicate current menu items and specials to staff.
• Address guest needs and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
