Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations, train staff, and maintain high service standards at our property. The role requires coordinating breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory support, banquets, and collaboration with management to uphold Brand Standards and policies. This is a hands-on supervisory position in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience supervising at least three associates.
• Experience with hotel, chain food, or retail outlet preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Food Manager certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day F&B shift operations (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
• Train and coach staff on Brand Standards and restaurant operations as directed by management.
• Open and close restaurant shifts.
• Assist with food and beverage inventories and ordering.
• Assist with staff scheduling as needed.
• Oversee banquet operations, set up, and coordination with Sales staff.
