Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager in planning and overseeing operations in both front and back of the house. You will guide a diverse team to ensure smooth and profitable dining and beverage services.

The role may require flexible scheduling. Candidates should be capable of forecasting revenue/expenses, training staff in financial controls, and managing daily F&B activities while maintaining high sanitation and service standards.

Qualifications

• Assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue/expenses.
• Ensure hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables.
• Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems.
• Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner.
• Supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
