Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and optimize restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations within the hotel. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance in collaboration with the General Manager and culinary team.

The role focuses on cost controls, inventory management, and revenue generation, with emphasis on maintaining high service standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business-related degree preferred.
• Three+ years of food and beverage supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Hotel, restaurant, bar and banquet experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS, inventory, scheduling, and hotel systems preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and applicable alcohol service regulations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring service quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate banquet and catering operations with Sales, Culinary, and events staff for successful events.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, and labor productivity to meet budgeted targets.
