Qualifications

• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micro POS systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet standards and HHM values.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance in outlets.
• Engage with guests for feedback on service and food quality.
• Assist during peak times or staffing shortages.
• Maintain par levels and inventories of supplies.
