Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our restaurant and other F&B services in Philadelphia. You will coach staff, manage schedules and uphold brand standards and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities include ensuring food quality, sanitation, safety compliance, and guest feedback collection. You may assist during peak times and help maintain par levels and inventories, while promoting HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Food service background at a server level.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micro’s point of sale system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets and services.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring consistency.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food.
• Perform service during high volume or staffing shortages.
• Maintain par levels and inventories of F&B supplies.
• Ensure staff comply with alcohol service requirements.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and report malfunctions.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety practices.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
