Job summary

Legends, operating One World Observatory, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily café operations and deliver exceptional guest service at the New York location.

You will lead floor staff, ensure safety and quality, and uphold brand standards while maintaining strong communication with team members and guests. This full-time, on-site role requires flexible hours and a proactive hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (culinary training); some college preferred.
• At least two years’ experience in the food and beverage industry.
• ServSafe or Food Handler’s certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep work areas neat and organized.
• Greet guests with fast, friendly service and educate them on menu offerings.
• Accurately process sales in the POS system and balance cash at shift end.
• Assist with station duties and other tasks as assigned by leadership.
