Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality in Dallas is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our dining team, partner with the Food & Beverage Manager, and elevate guest service and sales in a busy hotel setting.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, oversee cash handling, and ensure safety, quality, and presentation across all service areas while responding quickly to guest needs and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
• At least 1 year of progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and initiative.
• Ability to work well under pressure and stay composed.
• Effective problem-solving and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with F&B Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage costs.
• Drive sales through promotions and marketing ideas.
• Inspire the team with coaching and clear communication.
