Stonebridge Companies in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to direct and organize activities of a hotel F&B outlet, ensuring brand standards and profitability. The role emphasizes guest service, operational efficiency, and day-to-day management of restaurant, lounge, or other F&B outlets.

Responsibilities include managing outlet operations, developing the team, monitoring health and safety, and driving revenue through marketing and upselling.

Formación

• Bachelor's in hospitality, business, or related field, or 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing F&B operations and budgets.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and commissions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and profitability.
• Monitor and develop team performance through supervision and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Implement marketing and upselling techniques to maximize F&B revenue.
• Recruit, interview, and train staff to maintain staffing and service quality.
• Monitor budget and review financial transactions to align with the budget.
• Maintain inventory of food and equipment, keeping accurate records.
• Develop weekly staff schedules based on occupancy forecasts and monitor labor costs.
• Maintain regular attendance and grooming/dress code standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies.
