Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in Dallas, TX. This role oversees multiple outlets and room service, driving exceptional service, cost controls, and guest satisfaction within a 500+ room upscale hotel.

The ideal candidate will lead hands-on teams, partner with culinary and operations leaders, and deliver memorable experiences while achieving solid financial performance. A strong wine knowledge base and MICROS/MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of F&B management in upscale hotel with 500+ rooms.
• Experience with multiple outlets in a hotel/resort.
• Experience with restaurants, private events, and banquets.
• Strong knowledge of wine and proficiency with MICROS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience reviewing outlet P&Ls, managing inventories, and maintaining financial controls.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop outlet leaders and service teams.
• Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
