Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred for F&B management.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hospitality with F&B focus.
• Proficiency with Micros POS and Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant staff to uphold service standards.
• Oversee reservations and guest flow using the host team and POS systems.
• Manage daily labor, costs, and budgeting within established targets.
• Coordinate with culinary and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
