Delano Miami Beach seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage staff, schedule, inventory, and costs while collaborating with kitchen and other departments to maintain brand standards.

You will drive revenue through effective sales strategies, training, and adherence to health and safety regulations, fostering a positive, guest-centric service culture in a luxury setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in upscale restaurant/hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards, guest relations, dining room operations, and team management.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing service teams with focus on guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Experience with restaurant reservation and POS systems (OpenTable, MICROS or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; additional languages a plus.
