Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach seeks a Banquet Captain to supervise banquet staff and coordinate all food and beverage services within the banquet department. You will train the banquet team and uphold hotel standards for setup, service, hygiene, and guest relations.

You will manage guest requests, communicate with Sales, Kitchen and F&B management, and plan event courses. You will ensure timely execution, monitor costs, and maintain records like the banquet logbook and BEOs to support

Qualifications

• Two plus years of banquet events supervision experience in hotel and/or F&B.
• Willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physically able to carry 35+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Works well as part of a team and under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
