Job summary

Mondrian South Beach seeks an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet operations under the Director of F&B. Lead banquet personnel, ensure profitable operation, high quality service, and seamless execution of conventions and events.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with hotel departments, monitoring service standards, managing payroll and staffing, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hospitality degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of food & beverage service/hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet personnel and ensure profitable operations.
• Maintain client relationships and execute convention specs across departments.
• Respond to guest issues promptly and monitor service quality.
• Coordinate payroll, wage progress, and staff schedules; conduct reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, liquor laws, and SOPs.
