Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager who thrives on coaching from the floor and delivering guest-focused service. Lead day-to-day operations across Lido Bayside, Monterrey Bar, and pool outlets, shaping a culture of genuine hospitality.

You will manage service standards, coach teams, coordinate with Culinary and Guest Experience, and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a high-volume hotel, resort, beach club, or upscale hospitality environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across assigned outlets.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor throughout service.
• Coach, develop, and motivate F&B employees on the floor.
• Monitor guest experience, handle concerns promptly, and resolve issues on the spot.
• Ensure SOPs and service sequences are consistently followed; collaborate with Culinary and hotel teams.
