Job summary

Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure a premier dining experience while driving profitability.

You will manage reservations, coordinate service standards, monitor budgets, and collaborate with marketing to grow sales across outlets. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential in this fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
• Proficient in Micros POS and Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and maximize profitability.
• Manage reservations with the host staff and assist greeting/seating.
• Lead staff, train, and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor service standards and enforce safety/cleanliness.
• Assist development of marketing, menu items, and growth initiatives.
• Control budgeted revenues, payroll, and costs.
