Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking an experienced food and beverage outlets manager to elevate our renowned service. You will lead a passionate team and oversee the entire F&B department to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage budgets, menu development, staffing, and guest satisfaction metrics while collaborating with culinary and service teams to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years in food and beverage management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Customer relationship management experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs.
• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service.
• Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures.
• Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions.
• Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Food handling license required
• Over 3 years in food and beverage management
