Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks an on-floor Food & Beverage Outlet Lead to supervise service flow in outlets and banquet events at Hyatt Palm Springs. You will coordinate setup, service, and guest interactions to uphold standards and smooth operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of high-volume beverage/banquet experience, 21+ with Safe Server certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to train staff and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 2–3 years of high-volume beverage, banquet service and restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol; Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for service flow during shifts in outlet and banquet settings.
• Guide team on setup, service, and breakdown procedures per BEOs and outlet standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service areas before, during, and after each shift.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, bartenders, and barbacks.
• Communicate shift updates and guest preferences to the team and leadership.
