Azul Hospitality seeks an attentive Banquet Server to deliver food and beverages across multi-course events, ensuring menu items are presented correctly and guests are assisted with courtesy and professionalism. You will assist with setup, service, and breakdown, and maintain clean, well-organized dining spaces.

The role requires 1–3 years of high-volume banquet experience, 21+ for alcohol service, and Safe Server certification.

• Excellent communication skills and customer relations abilities.
• 1–3 years of high‑volume banquet service experience preferred; hotel/resort experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve guests food and drinks during events and assist with banquet setup and breakdown.
• Answer questions about buffet or menu and assist with room setup, including linen, dishes and silverware.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and correct plating; handle equipment safely and store properly after use.
• Participate in deep cleaning and maintain high standards of service throughout events.
