Azul-Los-Angeles-Regional-Cluster is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee hotel outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and merchandising. You will lead and coach staff, coordinate with leadership, and manage inventories while maintaining a positive guest experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of F&B experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and Safe Server Alcohol certification.

Qualificações

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost control skills
• Effective communication with staff, vendors, and guests
• Ability to train and develop staff across F&B operations

Responsabilidades

• Assist in inventory and reporting to accounting
• Monitor service quality and product consistency
• Lead staff training and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Ensure safety, health, and grooming standards per policy
