Job summary

Azul Hospitality's Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle seeks a Food & Beverage Outlet Lead to oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, coordinating outlet and banquet service, guiding peers, and ensuring guest service meets established standards.

You will train bartenders and barbacks, communicate with servers and culinary teams, manage setup and breakdown, and support a smooth workflow while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of service areas before, during, and after shifts.
• Assist with onboarding of new team members and coaching of staff.
