Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Outlet Lead to manage service flow on the floor and during banquet events. You will guide the team, train new bartenders, and ensure smooth coordination with culinary and front-of-house staff to uphold Azul’s standards.

You will oversee beverage and service quality, maintain cleanliness, and handle guest needs with professionalism in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 21+ and Safe Server certification, with a strong hospitality focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume beverage and banquet service experience.
• Must be 21+ years old with Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification.
• Hotel/resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for service flow during shifts in outlet and banquet settings.
• Guide team on setup, service, and break-down procedures per BEOs and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service areas throughout shifts.
• Train and coach new bartenders and barbacks; maintain team morale.
• Coordinate with front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure timely service.
