Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of Proper Image, grooming standards and proper uniform policies.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, whatever time of day.
• Tailor interactions and offerings based on guest preferences; log guests’ preferences.
• Proactively resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all hotel areas.
• Attend pre-shift briefings/lineups and provide operational feedback.
• Prepare station assignments for Banquet Servers according to group requirements and hotel standards.
