Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Restaurant/Operations leader to plan and manage Food & Beverage outlets at The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection. You will direct restaurant, room service, and bar operations to deliver exceptional service while meeting financial goals.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive guest satisfaction through effective staff management and adherence to SOPs and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality law.
• Leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage the Human Resources in the various outlets: interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and counsel.
• Forecast, monitor, control and report on outlet budgets and costs to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Respond to customer trends, needs and issues to ensure quality experience.
• Create and implement promotions and buffet presentations to attract guests.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment.
