Job summary

The Houston Grand Hotel – River Oaks, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to support the Front Office Manager and uphold the highest standards of guest service. You will ensure smooth check-in/out, manage guest inquiries, and coordinate with teams to deliver a seamless experience.

This role requires strong communication and math skills, the ability to input data accurately into our systems, and a professional hospitality presence.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
• Strong math and calculator skills for handling charges and refunds.
• Ability to input information accurately using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome and assist with check-in/out.
• Operate the registration process and balance an assigned house bank.
• Answer phones professionally, relay messages, and manage guest requests and concerns.
• Verify credit cards, process payments, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Assist Front Office Manager and maintain accurate room availability and revenue reports.
