Job summary

The Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks in Houston, TX seeks a Director of Front Office to lead Front Office and Guest Services, ensuring superior guest experiences and profitability. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of front office management experience.
• Minimum of two-year department head level experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Front Office and Guest Services to ensure quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations for Front Office staff.
• Resolves guest issues and VIP requests with discretion and courtesy.
• Collaborates with Finance to address credit challenges and payroll scheduling.
• Ensures brand standards and guest service delivery per standards.
• Prepares and leads team meetings and quality assurance initiatives.
