Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to help plan and operate the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets. You will work to achieve guest satisfaction, high service standards, and financial targets while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities include supervising servers, coordinating events, and training staff, with strong emphasis on clear communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to supervise servers and coordinate service across outlets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move carts up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with policies while meeting financial goals.
• Communicate daily with the restaurant manager on events, counts and staff direction.
