Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets to drive customer satisfaction, quality service, and financial performance.

The role requires directing day-to-day operations, managing HR across outlets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and delivering top-tier guest experiences. Experience in hotel F&B and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures; supervision, management, and communication skills required.
• Ability to investigate and analyze activities and make recommendations; decisions guided by policy.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, safety programs, budgeting, and hospitality law.
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and ensure goals are met.
• Ability to plan, organize, and delegate; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, room service, and bar.
• Manage HR across outlets: hire, train, schedule, develop, coach, and performance reviews.
• Implement company programs and ensure SOP/compliance with regulations to ensure quality service.
• Forecast and monitor budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to enhance guest experience and future sales.
• Create and implement promotions, displays, and buffet concepts to attract more guests.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlets and equipment.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
