Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to assist the Outlet Manager in planning and overseeing Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets. You will aim to achieve customer satisfaction, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting financial goals.

You will supervise servers, coordinate with the restaurant manager on events, and help manage sidework, cleanliness, and staff directions.

Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale systems effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets.
• Monitor server and busperson adherence to service standards; supervise guest service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with liquor regulations and HEI policies; communicate daily with restaurant manager about events and house counts.
• Assist with menu classes, staff directions, and shift handoffs; ensure proper setup and cleanliness.
