Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks an Outlets Manager to lead restaurant and bar operations, ensuring top service quality in a luxury setting. You will hire, train, and develop staff while controlling budgets and maintaining standards across food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, implementing company programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Experience in managing outlets and coordinating staff.
• Ability to interpret policies and implement actions accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and room service operations for meals.
• Lead and develop staff, conduct evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs, safety regs, and hospitality standards.
• Forecast and monitor budgets for labor, food, beverage, and supplies.
• Respond to guest trends and ensure a quality service experience.
