Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead dining room staff, ensuring service excellence and adherence to Omni standards. You will train team members, coordinate scheduling, and monitor safety and guest satisfaction to deliver WOW moments.

Qualifications include 1 year in F&B supervision or management and Virginia certifications. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience supervising or managing Food & Beverage teams.
• Clear communication in English with guests, management, and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular attendance per scheduling needs.
• Oversee dining room service, safety, cleanliness, and guest well-being.
• Ensure staff are trained, know menus, and monitor liquor/food requisitions.
• Assist in scheduling, forecasting, and interviewing as needed.
• Participate in department meetings and training as required.
