Populus at Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Denver seeks a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations for multiple outlets and banquets. You will balance guest service, team development, and financial performance while ensuring standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage management or supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and hospitality operations.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, labor management, and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food & Beverage operations across all Populus outlets and banquet operations.
• Ensure exceptional food, beverage, guest service, and presentation.
• Maintain a hands-on leadership presence on the floor during service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, service levels, and product quality.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, communicate priorities, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
