Job summary

Populus in Denver, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across multiple outlets including Pasque, Stellar Jay, Little Owl and banquets. This hands-on role balances guest service, team development, and financial stewardship.

You will schedule, supervise, coach, and partner with culinary, rooms, sales, and events teams to deliver exceptional hospitality while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage management or supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, labor management, and timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all Populus Food & Beverage outlets, including Pasque, Stellar Jay, Little Owl, and banquets.
• Ensure exceptional food, beverage, and guest service across outlets.
• Monitor service levels, guest satisfaction, product quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Foster hands-on leadership on the floor during peak service and events.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Rooms, Sales, and Events teams to optimize operations.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, and performance feedback.
