Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Five+ years progressive F&B leadership, multi-outlet management experience preferred.
• Budgets, P&L accountability, labor planning, cost controls, guest service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service; gaming credentials may be required.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, maintaining standards across outlets.
• Establish and monitor service, cleanliness, presentation, and product quality. Conduct regular outlet visits.
• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and outlet-level P&L reviews.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules based on volume and events.
• Oversee menu and beverage program development, pricing, promotions, and product mix.
• Manage inventory controls, ordering, receiving, storage, and vendor relationships.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and develop managers and team members.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to support guest service and events.
• Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance, and safety in F&B areas.
• Prepare operating reports and communicate performance to property leadership.
