Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience at a full-service property.
• Experience selling in the Denver market is required.
• Proficiency with Delphi, hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Travel to industry trade shows or outside sales calls may be required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, build, and strengthen relationships within market group sales.
• Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs for conferences and events.
• Conduct site tours and provide personalized service throughout planning.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
• Coordinate cross-department participation to service accounts.
• Travel locally to promote the hotel and review competition.
