Job summary

Populus Denver is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across Pasque, Stellar Jay, Little Owl, and banquet services. You will balance guest experience with staff development and financial stewardship, ensuring top-quality service and cohesion across outlets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and collaboration with hotel departments to deliver outstanding events and experiences for guests and groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in food & beverage management within hospitality.
• Proven leadership and guest-service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong scheduling, payroll, and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets, events, and banquet operations.
• Able to balance guest experience with financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets including banquets.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B associates and supervisors.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs to meet targets.
• Ensure standards for service, quality, and cleanliness are met.
• Coordinate with culinary, rooms, sales, and events for seamless events.
