Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Wilmington, NC. You will oversee front-of-house operations for multiple venues, lead service staff, and ensure guest satisfaction across our distinctive properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate; post high school education preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience required in a similar size operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house operations for assigned F&B venues.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve goals of the food & beverage operation.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages meeting safety and hygiene standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolution within the team.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and assist with inventory and supplies ordering.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
