Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front of house for our restaurant/hotel operation. You will train, direct and support service staff while ensuring exceptional guest service and high standards of food and beverage execution.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage supervisory experience
• Outgoing personality and strong leadership qualities
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with a team
• Knowledge of hotel restaurant/food and beverage operations

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve F&B goals
• Ensure food and beverage quality and compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Hire and train service staff
• Process bi-weekly payroll
• Collaborate to maintain guest satisfaction and brand standards
