Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate; post high school education and degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' F&B supervisory experience required in a similar size operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for Buffalo Bayou, Board and Barrell (including pool deck) and assist in other serviceable F&B operations.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support
• Direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages to guests' satisfaction while meeting safety, health and hygiene requirements
• Hire and train service staff
• Ensure effective communication, engagement and conflict resolution within the team
• Process bi-weekly payroll
• Inventory, ordering supplies
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
