Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts offers a Food and Beverage Manager-in-Training program for recent graduates. The 12-month track immerses you in Outlets, Banquets, and Culinary operations while you rotate through positions and attend leadership meetings.

You will become proficient with the PMS and labor scheduling tools to manage costs and ensure guest satisfaction. The program emphasizes developing leadership, customer service excellence, and a foundation for a long-term career within HEI’s hotel

Qualifications

• Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to relocate after MIT program completion.

Responsibilities

• Shadow leaders within all Outlets, Banquets and Culinary departments.
• Complete shifts in each position within the Outlets and Banquets.
• Attend department and leadership meetings; learn PMS and other F&B systems.
