Qualifications

• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certifications as required by laws.
• Minimum three years of management experience in hospitality with guest focus.
• High school diploma is required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages service in all F&B areas and events.
• Hires, trains, and manages staff across rooms, lounges, bars, and catering.
• Creates weekly staff schedules and communicates changes.
• Controls costs and monitors labor in line with budgets and laws.
• Ensures guest satisfaction through service excellence and up-selling.
