Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a qualified Food & Beverage Manager to lead service in our restaurants, lounges/bars and banquets. You will oversee guest service quality, staffing, scheduling, and event operations while driving sales and controlling costs.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in hospitality management, strong English communication, and a team-building mindset. This role requires hands-on leadership and adherence to safety and brand standards across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospitality management experience in food & beverage.
• Strong leadership, communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage service in all F&B outlets and events.
• Oversee dining rooms, lounges, bars and catering operations.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; maintain schedules and standards.
• Control costs and monitor labor to meet budget goals.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and alcohol policies are followed.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus and pricing.
