• Directs and oversees all F&B facets including restaurants, banquets, and outlets.
• Prepares and monitors annual F&B budget, revenue goals, and expenses.
• Monitors inventory, costs, and vendor relationships to improve profitability.
• Oversight of menu development, pricing, and event execution with staff coordination.
