Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead service across our dining rooms, lounges, bars, and catering events in Montgomery. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety and sanitation, and meet financial goals for sales and expenses.

Requirements include at least 3 years in hospitality management, a high school diploma, and preferably some college. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead service staff across restaurants, lounges, bars, and catering.
• Oversee dining room, bar, and event setup and operations.
• Ensure staff adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; monitor performance and conduct appraisals.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event staff for reservations and special events.
